@QuiteNot It was more of an object lesson. The bread is ok, but the fettuccine Ezekiel 4:9 is amazing with 27% of fiber per serving. I can eat a lot more and never gain weight. It gives me a fuller feeling too.

@gohikenh it does look good. i find burgen bread gives me alot of long lasting energy and makes me lighter but yet fuller too.
