I upgraded my pc with a intel i5 dual core 3.2 ghz and now this game runs perfect. But I still cannot beat the helicopter. There must be some bug in the game or something.

This game runs horrible on Mame. People saying it runs fine must be the portable version or the ePSXe version which runs pefect.

you could speed up the frame, it makes run faster, there are still problems but its tolerable but I do agree I always wondered and i hate the chopper is hard and impossible,

For one, the reason it plays like ass is because the video & sound emulation isnt 100%, Regardless of computer. It's the same with MK4.

I can play time crisis on my extra mame emulator, but after restart of my pc It wont load the game ? But if I remove it from my emulator and put it back in again I can play it again ??

Download MJOLNIR emulator, it runs Time Crisis full speed with sound. If only I could get the thing to respond to my keyboard. There's also no cross-hair on screen. It's fun watching the intro though.

He's right, you can beat the helicopter using this method but it takes forever because your shots only connect in that second where he's flying away and only if you shoot the tail. You know your shots connected if its red when the shot hits.

It runs slow because of the way mame emulates.... it goes for hack-free, purist emulation, and does not feature hardware-accelerated graphics.

It's because you need good CPU specs; i saw a guy on youtub post a video of california speed and he told us his cpu specs and told us that you need good specs to run the game at normal speed.

Nope, you're wrong. On my E8400 and GTX260 core 216 it's running full speed, only sound stutters a fair amount.
