  • @3LliOtTD0GG123 If you don't bend forward as much, the emphasis will shift to the middle deltoid more, which is fine if you want to build that too.

  • nice man. I've always done db shoulder press up to the 95's and upright rows but never knew how to work the back of my shoulders. thanks

  • If you have a problem then don't look.

  • There is work being done on the shoulder, specifically the posterior deltoids. This execise does a great job of working the traps and posterior deltoids. There should be a concentrated effort not to include the lats in this exercise. Also the more horizontal the torso, the more the posterior deltoids get worked. Hope that helps a bit.
