Has to be the two best boogie piano players ever!!!!!!!! Fantastic guys, absolutely fantastic. My mother played piano until about a month before she died at age 94. so I appreciate your talent. thanks sooo much
My Dad was in a band back in the 50's and they played Boogie Woogie at the clubs they played. My Mom used to dance the Jitter bug to Boogie Woogie like this. She had a huge stack of 45's (not pistols for the younger crowd) with Boogie Woogie, her and dad could really cut a rug to this...
Wooouu!! who picked up the pieces after..???.! Thank you Lord, for people like these, who takes the time to learn, practice for many years and then... give us a moment of dream...
i want boogie woogie to be played in my funeral and everyone will stop being sad and start dancing and remember that even though im dead music can still cheer everyone up, living or dead..
Viggiv, that's not a bad idea. One of my neighbors died a few years back. They waited a few weeks and had his memoral service and they played 70's rock and roll. No one was crying during this service. I was kind of set back, but yea, he picked it out before died.
You are without doubt in the top rank of boogie woogie players. Having heard you talk about boogie I am also very impressed with your depth of knowledge of the subject. Boogie woogie is, and always has been, very popular in Europe. You may know of some of the players from this side of the Atlantic - Jean-Paul Amouroux (France), Silvan Zingg (Austria), Martin Schok (Holland) to name but a few. If not, please check them out on you-tube. Love what you do - keep it up!!!!

I think you should go on America's Got Talent and reintroduce America as well as the world to Boogie Woogie piano. Who knows you might win and the exposure wouldn't hurt either. Just a thought.
It doesn't get any better than this!!! : )
