Fascinating. Human breast milk starts out very watery (colostrum) and looks kind of like non-fat milk. Later on after milk's been coming out of the breast a while it gets thicker and whiter. That looks both too white and too thick to be breast milk, so I'm thinking it's pus. But your regular doctor could let you know for sure.
