I was trying to find the Zelma O'Neal singing this in "Follow Thru". And why do you have a segment of Warners' 1929 "Your Show of Shows" at the beginning of it?
The first 40 seconds of this is what 2-color Technicolor should look like, the rest is quite deteriorated. UCLA has a much better copy than this, I've seen it and it's complete. In fact I think they have the original negatives.
Zelma O'Neil singing was censored to be seen in TV...but the minutes of her are not in dis footage ..and thats a shame cause Zelma minutes were THE BEST VIDEO OF ALL YOUTUBE for years
The opening sequence is the Chinese Fantasy from Warner's SHOW OF SHOWS (1929) with Myrna Loy. I love FOLLOW THRU but unfortunately my copy is of very poor quality which is the only version available to buy - I think.
