Through an obscure parliamentary trick, only 34 votes in the Senate will give Obama the authority to raise the debt limit to last him through 2012. The Bush tax cuts expire in 2012, so the revenue problem will solve itself after that, without the Republicans being blamed for "allowing" taxes on the rich to go up.

Through an obscure parliamentary trick, only 34 votes in the Senate will give Obama the authority to raise the debt limit to last him through 2012. The Bush tax cuts expire in 2012, so the revenue problem will solve itself after that, without the Republicans being blamed for "allowing" taxes on the rich to go up.

In 1912 the 'Progressive' Democrat, President Woodrow Wilson instituted racial segregation into the Federal Government. Many blacks were subsequently pushed out of the Federal Government.
