I love how time and time again everytime you see USA government employees none of them are black. And I don't want to hear the argument that blacks don't have the education, thats bullshit. The USA system has gone to a lot of trouble to shut out black people, and the country should be ashamed of itself. I hate America but I think Obama is doing a great job!

It is a fact that blacks hold a high percentage of government jobs in this country...including the top position. Keep streamlining and simplifying all of SBA's internal and external (like websites') processes. That's a continual, ongoing process... you can't just give it a once-over-lightly every couple of years.

Then... show other branches of government what you've achieved... and expect to learn from them as well.
