Ive been to goa, India, there are ALOT of stray dogs. i saw one go in to a restaurant and get hit with a hot iron rod.

there's not much u can do for a dog like that, it is seriously ill with mange, you really don't want to be touching a dog like that...

What is this person supposed to do every time he comes across a sick dog in India? you say you would have got him help, but you wouldn't. you cant take him in and there's no where that will take him in, in India.

@Haloofhearts there are thousands upon thousands of street dogs all over asia, i did some volunteer work there. These poor creaturs are so frightened that they rebel against human affection and show aggression, there for it is hard for just a tourist to help. If you can't to help you can contact people who really make a difference andknow how to handle this incredible creatures .
