I assume that the scenery is real and there is a ramp masked behind the traveling car. Both cars have been cut from different footage, probably on the same road and then edited into the production. Before the impact the guy is then cut from multiple frames and placed onto a static image of the backdrop. He is then digitally made to move when the car collects him. Great timing, but if you look closely he bends his knees a little too early.

the effects work was done in after effects.. but could be easily done in shake which is £200
