Every art does this, what he showed was for demo purposes only, stop judging a "demo" video as if he was showing his true teachings and skills. Sensei Mo is executing basic moves that he does without thought. You guys seem to be talking much - but when I give you the benefit of the doubt and go to your page - you got nothing.

Entertaining stuff. Most of the self defense stuff is good; I have always liked Vee Arnis Jitsu; it reminds me of the WWII combatives moves that I like. Simple Brutal and effective. The fight choreography stuff was good too.

The only thing I don't like is the way he demonstrates that gun disarm: you should ALWAYS get your body off line of the barrel and get control of the weapon using one or both hands.

What I saw in this video is the really old compliant nonsense Karate BS that had the living s*** kicked out of it in the UFC.
The world evolved people, how can you still live in ignorance like this, 90% of the BS he showed in the above vid will not work in a real fight.
