I live in Escondido. 1 & 2 are a problem. The city does hire them too. As for 3, citizens and LEGAL immigrants did those jobs before illegals came. Once illegals are gone and people can be paid a legal wage, not cash under the table, citizens or LEGAL immigrants will do them again.

Escondido has taken the first positive step toward defending itself socially and economically. As Sam Abbed has often pointed out, if the illegals continue to use our services at the same rate over the next ten years, the city of Escondido will be bankrupt.
