To avoid the RC system from getting burnt.I use relay to separate the power supply for the RC system and the fan.By doing this,the RC system will be using 8 batteries battery pack all the time. While the fan can be using 1 or 2 battery packs with 8 batteries in each pack.
About the motor, i don't remember which model i'm using.I go check it out later.haha
And,i just bought a RC powerboat yesterday. It was really fast accept that the reliability wasn't that good
you should put a rudder on it to stop it drifting
