por favor si alguien sabe como encontrar informacion letras y mas cosas de esta banda por favor respoder este comentario!! gracias! por cierto es la mejor banda q existe!
Hmm... after looking at this, i think Geoff Nicholls saved his career a great deal by joining Black Sabbath. This makes me wonder what the hell Tony Iommi saw in this band to make him want to actually PRODUCE one of their albums... just my opinion though ;)
I remember this good promo and annoying flame effects (probably state of the art then)Taylor looks if just got back from one of his Wrestling bouts at Digbeth).
The mid-late 70s saw Brum brimming with excellent talent such as City Boy, Hooker, Slender Loris, Money, Magnum, Diamond Head Quartz and loads I've now forgotten.
Didn't Bandylegs support Sabs when the first album came out given the Sabs connections.
Correct just before Geoff left to become 5th member of Black Sabbath. I was in the audience when show was recorded at Pebble Mill March 1978 if memory serves. Quartz played on final show of the locally produced BBC Look Hear programme and finished off with Around & Around track. Toyah Wilcox was one of the presenters and they spotlighted several Midlands bands ie Sabbath with Dave Walker on vocals, Judas Priest, Diamond Head etc....OH HAPPY DAYS!!
the version on "stand up and fight" is very different, whithout keyboards-geoff nicholls was gone, more basic, more linear, heavier perhaps but not lively like this verion...
Sounds like Boston!

These guys supported Rush at Deeside Leisure Centre in 1980.
To say that they didn't go down well is a bit of an understatement.

I love the trakkie as well. Looks like he's popped out on a Sunday morning to buy a paper and some fags.

Is the version on "Stand Up And Fight" heavier than this?

Is that still Geoff Nicholls on keyboards? - This song sound like a Boston - 'Long Time' rip off.
