This has happened to me before... Upperdeck actually has a program or something where after a certain amount of time you can just call them and ask them to send you a replacemement. They will ask you for a list of your favorite players and then try to hook you up with a card around the same book value... thats pretty much it.. and like I said I have done this a couple of times before so I know that how it works...
Yeah sometimes ud take a while for redemptions but you just gotta be a big pain in the ass and make sure you know they are going to send them out. I would give them a call
happened to me the card should come to you call ud they should take care of it:)
