Great instructions! My neighbors on both sides of me have had 4 falls between them in the last month. One of them was one the floor without help for 7 hours before I discovered her - only because her TV was too loud and she wasn't answering her phone. Glad I found your video. Over the years I've fallen from carelessness and now see I've gotten up the wrong way and the benefits of getting up per your instructions.
