Hold down the home button and sleep/wake button at the same time and dont let go until the apple logo shows. It will take a min and 30 sec though.

Ya its bs bro! I took it to a repair shop also and didnt do amything. So i sold it and bought a different one for $80 (: its soo badass (: u guys should sell the broken ones on craigslist for about 50-60 bux then get some other cash and buy a better one. Thats what i did (;
