  • The Korean diet is one of the best in Asia. Chinese use too much oil, Japanese, not enough food or lack of protein, Korean diet is balanced all around a balance of fish and meat, but lots of vegetables. I lived in Korea and I miss the food sorely.

    I like to use Korean brand apple vinegar..but I think.. any kinds of vinegar you like will work good.. ^^

  • Yes this dish seems popular In the Caribbean, In Trinidad & Tobago we make a dish very similar. I like alot :D

  • We make this in America too~ but only use cucumber and sometimes red onions and ground pepper.. and also use mango,vinegar and pepper for a mango salad..
