i just got mine 4 days ago a great player but i down loaded the latest firmware update it caused my alien anthology movies not to load i had heard it does something to the hdmi cable so i had another hdmi cable and changed it now the movie works whats going on with that
I got ours today I bought from SonyStyle, one other than Blu-Ray DVD player, streaming of YouTube and NetFlix is VERY HIGH QUALITY on this... Wish NetFlix's online streaming was in HD... Pandora Radio and other music/video streams VERY SMOOTH on this B-Ray DvD Player... Very happy w/ my purchase...
sony is the only company offering the streaming of hd content right to the tv, samsung, lg, and sharp are offering it as well, its so funny when one company try and make their stuff seem better than the other although their offering the same stuff just different prices according to brand but it just good business
metal gear solid 4 is a gears of war 2 want a be,lol,the first generation of the ps 3 had were junk they had the ylod,blu ray is for movies not games,denon products are way better high end quailty, the new ps3 slim already had some recalls on there units because it had problems finding the hdmi ,also it would cut off in the middle of a game!!!!it ran so hot that it would burn your hand on the back of it xbox 360 had there issues also but they fixed theres and the online service you pay is better

DUDE!!!! it looks JUST like the XMB on a PS3, only difference being it doesn't have the same categories on the xmb, and thats AWESOME!!! The symbol on the far right is the only one the ps3 doesn't have and the ps3 has about 3 more categories.
