I really appreciate that you checked the rainfall with the atmospheric activity - it truly doesn't add up. My new thought: could the highly charged frequency "clouds" be the result of the tons of chemicals in the upper atmosphere being hit with (possibly) HAARP pulses (ie. the beams that flash for a moment). May this be the recipe for weather manipulation?

Sounds like harp , i do wonder if these wind farm are a new form of haarp.
