@bocapisces The slow internet connection has nothing to do with my i5 CPU, or it's 5GB of RAM. As for being shot, he showed the classic symptoms, in that he wasn't pushed backwards, he didn't clutch his chest and fall and was in fact surprised at finding the bullet hole. That is actually very realistic, as was the small neat hole. In short non of the usual Hollywood stuff. Would would convince me more one way or the other would be a closer view of the object - but you weren't there either...

Coming from someone who has 2 + years of mandatory experience in the Korean military if Paul Watson had been shot while wearing a vest he would not only be likely dead but also on the ground in a lot of pain. Getting shot even with a vest on breaks ribs and causes internal bleeding and immense pain. I have experienced it on my back in the kidney section. I face planted and spent 1 and half weeks recovering from 4 broken ribs and lots of internal bleeding and Kidney damage.

Please, put your emotions aside and deal with FACTS. Even if the S.S. (or the world for that matter) thinks the whalers are lying, that DOES NOT give the S.S. ANY authority to do anything.
