Well. When i was installing it said i needed vista service pack 1. idk what that is but every time i install Vista SP1 it gets stuck @ this black screen where the loading bar never moves @ a certain point. and when i installed it i plugged my psp to the computer using USB cable and i seen none of my psp files but when i take my Memory stick out and put it in my computer i can see all my folders. and when i in disp i press WLAN mode and it always say Connecting to my ip. -> Part 2 above :P

After installing this i keep getting the psp error, its in the 1.50 kernel. Thing is, I put it in the 5.xx kernel

I have a psp phat with 5.50 GEN-B(full) filmware.

Is there any way to fix this?

Another user had a similar problem with GEN-B and it got solved by formatting the memory stick and putting all software back on it.

Sorry I cannot help you further. This probably has something to do with the GEN firmware, but I don't actually know what causes it.

I finally got around to test PSPdisp on 5.50 GEN. My results are that it works on GEN-A, B2, D and that It gives the Jpeg error on GEN-B. Both B and B2 report back as "GEN-B (Full)", so you might have B. Updating to B2 should fix the problem.

You need custom firmware for your PSP.

If I understand this correctly, you want to run the CFW installer on your official firmware? This is not possible, you got to use a Pandora battery or a homebrew enabler.

Make sure you got a custom firmware on your PSP. This will not work with official firmwares.

This is a bit complicated. You don't only need a CFW, but also a ways to apply it (an exploit). It varies depending on the PSP model and firmware.

Works great, shame I have a screen ratio of 16:10 at 1680x1050 when the PSP only has a 16:9 screen though. I can go "fit to screen", still good. Can't wait till we can do more than mirror a screen in Vista.

Vista x64 refuses to load unsigned drivers. There are some workarounds available. See the FAQ section of my website.
