  • Hey mikey just wanna say im 14 and i get so jelous when my family go on a plane and i dont but in 2011 i go fly on my plane ride we went with virgen it was pree cool to perth then at the end of the year we got to go to new zealand witch was so cool i hope u have heaps of fun flying and and u just exspued me not to drink and smoke when i get older m8 so i can do other thing like to fly thank you mate thank you.,

  • @TheAussiepride11 He I'm glad I inspired you, Thanks for taking the time to read stuff. It pays dividends. Not smoking aside from the money there is the health thing. If you look at people who drink every weekend they spend a day recovering. (those that drink too much) I love my sport, it keeps me healthy. I'm off to Barcelona in March for a marathon and i'm very excited about my training today and getting ready :-) Thanks again. Mikey

  • @TheAussiepride11 PS, if you can, see if you can take fish oil every day. It really is excellent brain food. I have taken it for 8 years now and I do things at work and wonder how did i know that! haha

  • Also, do 767's do flight control tests before taxing like the a320's? And are you into flight simulator Mickey?

  • @Nopresnik They all do flight control tests as far as i know but can't video them always as cabin staff too busy checking seat belts and getting asked to turn off electrical equipment. No not really into sim stuff but I do watch some on YouTube.

  • Take off half way down the runway XD Havent seen that before!

  • you fly alot! how come? ur so lucky :)

  • @TrnsfrmerPrncs4lyfe i chose not to drink or go clubbing or smoke so i have money to spend on other things.

  • @mikeycbd good on you:)

  • @mikeycbd good decision

  • @OriginalDaVe but you definitely do fly alot lol. I figured it was part of fly-in/fly-out for work.

  • Awesome video! What camera do you use and how do you keep it so still?

  • @dr3am3r1011 I use a Sony and it's small enough that I can hang on to the side of the window. It's HDR 16g flash memory. There is now a new one that does 3D so I might get that one this year. This is my 3rd sony camera. oh... it's gone wrong again so won't take stills anymore but can't be bothered to get it repaired again.

  • i definitely prefer this version !!! I love all your vids they are really high quality, it's like beeing inside of the plane when whaching them on youtube !!! great job

  • @ozalex123 Hey thanks, much appreciated.

  • Great audio and video. Something on your window had me fooled for a bit as it looked like something was rolling around on the wing (lower left corner around ten minutes in). Maybe I just need some sleep.

  • @alaricdogface the only thing that i can tell is the little hole between the plastic window and the outside window that was moving in the camera view. Hope you had a good sleep.

  • Nice crisp ATC Mike. Cabin audio can be real hard to capture unless you are sitting right under a speaker (can hear the slight echo/drumming effect but its is pretty good). The audio is way clearer than what you get with the camera. What recorder did you get and are you using the same method as I do for recording from your scanner?

Nice video Mike, enjoyed it :)

  • @lethalCT4E Thanks Lethal.... the recorder is a Jammin Pro stereo recorder but no i never used a lead to record directly. The recorder audio is for everything at the start and cabin audio which i do think is better than the camera. For some reason the microphone in the camera picks up a rumbling that you refer to... not very good considering the price of the camera. I mean they only have to record two things, Audio and Video, how hard can it be? LOL

  • Very nice video!

  • @763Wnick Thank you!

  • @mikeycbd Very Nice Full Length Video Mikey, good recording there, That B767 looks old & run down, Qantas should take it out of their fleet & replace them Perhaps the new B787 Delayliner will eventually come Followed by the A350.....

  • @TheFsJunkie Thanks, I'm sure Alan Joyce would love to replace it but it still works. Bit like throwing out a TV for a brand new HD TV when the same crap is still on. hehe

  • @mikeycbd haha lol Maybe its better to replace Alan Joyce...

  • @TheFsJunkie lol yeah they should really do that it would make the airline a whole lot better.

  • @763Wnick I can drink to that, I totally agree, Alan Joyce has Tarnished the Qantas Brand & made it more unsafe & so on....he should be sacked........
