@0001Nikola go utility (for cdr) and 9 on on offense, then build boots+3pots, when u have 1200gold in lane go back for a hextech revolver, then you can go either Deathcap or Rylai's Crystal scepter (or both). Rylay's perfect for vlad for the slow. u can chase and kill anyone with tha, even if they flash

- Ionian boots are supposed to be the best for Vlad, when you play high ELO 5v5 with lots of team fight

- Swftness are funniest and the best way to be feed, it unlock you a new gameplay that allow you to harass hard : Q + a safe back vs no cc = gg -> Vladimir BOOM 3 -> 5:15
