When I 1st started Storm 2 Online, I did receive a small amount of lag and some button delay, but now 90% of my games r lag free on ps3 and when I started ranked, I got 20 wins 0 losses then I started getting more losses! But now I got 60 something wins and 11 losses (:

IGN really needs to step up their reviews. Some of them are great and informative but others are definitely obvious fanboyism. If they mark a game down for something that it doesn't do when it really does, then there is seriously a problem.
Also for Storm 2, they even praised the story mode so i don't see what the big deal is. Especially since most fighting game story modes are horrible.

Easily the most seen for me has been SM Naruto. I'm so sick of that crap that it's not even funny. A close second for me has been Itachi. I guess people have been using him for his hell of an awakening.

I think the online as a whole has a lot of problems that need to be fixed. Luckily, I'm done with it for the time being, now I've just got to get the last of the titles, and I have every achievement.

What is wrong with Black Ops. It's looking like it's going to perfect online and ZOMBIES! The online on Storm 2 is crap. You need to reload whenever a lobby is full, but I have 0 latency. When I finally hit an online match, it is PERFECT!
Do not play this game using an HDMI Cable. It fucks up the graphics extremely badly! You can't really use HDMI on a game that has no dept in graphics!
and actually the online sucks, transmitting transmitting then you get 5 opponents to choose from 2 have good internet connection other 3 not and then you choose one and then disconnected .. becuz he fights someone BUT YOU CAN"T fkn see that >< it angers me.
yeah that delay happens to me too but I think that it's due the internet connection of the other guy... becuz i mostly got delays against people that have like 300 wins and 60 loss or something or even higher wins, so I basicly think that they do something in order to have the opponent the delay ?
The only problems I have with Storm 2 is Deidara, Chiyo, and Sasori, Deidara spams his clay creations and is too powerful, Chiyo and Sasori are too powerful as well and they spam with their puppets, also, for Chiyo and Sasori, they might as well not have had the characters themselves because all they do is attack with their puppets, its also really hard to attack considering their puppets are kind like their bodyguard, but those are the only big problems I've had with the game.
Continuing my other post some more though, I really used to like X-Play when it was first around with their skits and humour and whatnot but now it's mainly all business and all reviews, and bias ones at that I'm starting to like them less.
I like going against the popular opinion and the overhyped games, I mean sure Black Ops will be fun but LOLGOODRATING just because it's a COD game is wrong. I'm sure if it was titled Call of Duty and you jumped around as a bunny rabbit it'd get a 10. =P
Yeah when you said about IGN and those people being biased, YES. There are a lot of places that review games that are like that nowadays, I pretty much agree 100%. Places like X-Play too I mean if it isn't obvious, things like Fallout, COD, Halo, etc. As for X-Play, IGN too, God of War for sure and Fable too. When IGN reviewed this game and a few other games lately I was facepalming through the whole review. Can't wait for the black-ops review and I can't wait for X-Play to do that review too.
Yo Neo is there a custom soundtrack option? You know like for ps3 users when you can play your own music in the background. Cause having a feature like that is great with fighters like in Super Street Fighter 4 :D. Probably not though huh?
This is a GREAT game ! However, my only gripe is that ougi's aren't as dramaticlly cool as the first one, but most importantly, the fact that we aren't able to counter them via button seal battle input. THAT SUCKS ! That added more depth. Oh well.... -shurgs- NS2 doesn't void at all NS1, they both individually have unique appeal to stiil be played, That's what I love. No discardin' ! Happy camper ! (^_^)

You probably get disconnections because people are scared to fuck up their record or their experience so they quit the match it has happened to me numerous times and namco really needs to make disconnections more punishable to the person tht does it cause the shit is annoying

@Konartwist i completely agree with everything you said. deidara is one cheap motherfucker. my other beef with the game is substitution. takes little to no chakra and is incredibly hard just to finish a combo.
Now i wanna play Storm 2... On goes my PS3! XD Haven't played much of the story... I got all characters but Hokage Naruto. Wish he was unlockable by SP. Had max SP for a long time. lol I'd give the game an 8.5 too. I wish they had obstacles in the game. Plain open fields get boring pretty quickly. :/ Only obstacle was Itachi's throne in the hideout. In the old game, in the Chuunin Exam stage, every tree was an obstacle. >_> I no-lifed free battle too lol
hey about the delays try getting a wired controller cause i found out for raging blast that the wireless controller has just enough delay that it can fuck up your fighting style cause i used to get raped when i used the wireless for my 360 but with my wired controller i can fight a lot easier so maybe it'll work for storm 2
You're pretty right about Storm 2. The Boss Battles AMAZE me. Story Mode has cutscenes for the smallest things, it's really impressive. Online was delayed for my first couple of fights, but now even opponents with red connection hardly lag. Maybe it's just your connection. Great game though. If you had better connection you'd probably give it a 9.0 - 9.5. Although, even without lag there are still SPAMMERS. God, I hate spammers... -_-

@JokerJawz09 yah if you wanna know how to get it you have to go in story mode after you beat the game and go to Mount Myoboku (Go to the hokage mansion to go to MYoboku) then you go up Myoboku and pray to he stone in the room and then you get it
storm 2 is ok, but it's nothing compared to raging blast 2. storm 2 has 40 characters, raging blast 2 has 100 characters and more action. just proves that naruto games are running out of ideas while dbz games gaining more ideas by the minute.

the button delay is definitely on their side. Newly released ps3 fighting games have this problem.. refer to tekken 6, they came out with a patch a few months after it was released making it much much better to play online. Hopefully it won't take that long to fix.

the only spam character i hate so far is deidara. i used my best character and still only got him down to like 3/4 health.
as for the delay the 360 version is pretty good. ive only had a few matches where the lag was horrible.
and spam in this game is right up there in annoyance with the bonds spam. i mean srsly guys stop spaming and learn the combos lol

I like going against the popular opinion and the overhyped games, I mean sure Black Ops will be fun but LOLGOODRATING just because it's a COD game is wrong. I'm sure if it was titled Call of Duty and you jumped around as a bunny rabbit it'd get a 10. =P

Yeah when you said about IGN and those people being biased, YES. There are a lot of places that review games that are like that nowadays, I pretty much agree 100%. Places like X-Play too I mean if it isn't obvious, things like Fallout, COD, Halo, etc. As for X-Play, IGN too, God of War for sure and Fable too. When IGN reviewed this game and a few other games lately I was facepalming through the whole review. Can't wait for the black-ops review and I can't wait for X-Play to do that review too.

Yo Neo is there a custom soundtrack option? You know like for ps3 users when you can play your own music in the background. Cause having a feature like that is great with fighters like in Super Street Fighter 4 :D. Probably not though huh?

This is a GREAT game ! However, my only gripe is that ougi's aren't as dramaticlly cool as the first one, but most importantly, the fact that we aren't able to counter them via button seal battle input. THAT SUCKS ! That added more depth. Oh well.... -shurgs- NS2 doesn't void at all NS1, they both individually have unique appeal to stiil be played, That's what I love. No discardin' ! Happy camper ! (^_^)

You probably get disconnections because people are scared to fuck up their record or their experience so they quit the match it has happened to me numerous times and namco really needs to make disconnections more punishable to the person tht does it cause the shit is annoying

Now i wanna play Storm 2... On goes my PS3! XD Haven't played much of the story... I got all characters but Hokage Naruto. Wish he was unlockable by SP. Had max SP for a long time. lol I'd give the game an 8.5 too. I wish they had obstacles in the game. Plain open fields get boring pretty quickly. :/ Only obstacle was Itachi's throne in the hideout. In the old game, in the Chuunin Exam stage, every tree was an obstacle. >_> I no-lifed free battle too lol

hey about the delays try getting a wired controller cause i found out for raging blast that the wireless controller has just enough delay that it can fuck up your fighting style cause i used to get raped when i used the wireless for my 360 but with my wired controller i can fight a lot easier so maybe it'll work for storm 2

You're pretty right about Storm 2. The Boss Battles AMAZE me. Story Mode has cutscenes for the smallest things, it's really impressive. Online was delayed for my first couple of fights, but now even opponents with red connection hardly lag. Maybe it's just your connection. Great game though. If you had better connection you'd probably give it a 9.0 - 9.5. Although, even without lag there are still SPAMMERS. God, I hate spammers... -_-

@JokerJawz09 yah if you wanna know how to get it you have to go in story mode after you beat the game and go to Mount Myoboku (Go to the hokage mansion to go to MYoboku) then you go up Myoboku and pray to he stone in the room and then you get it

storm 2 is ok, but it's nothing compared to raging blast 2. storm 2 has 40 characters, raging blast 2 has 100 characters and more action. just proves that naruto games are running out of ideas while dbz games gaining more ideas by the minute.

the button delay is definitely on their side. Newly released ps3 fighting games have this problem.. refer to tekken 6, they came out with a patch a few months after it was released making it much much better to play online. Hopefully it won't take that long to fix.
