I wouldn't say this was the only scene in the ep that made it worth it. I like how they targeted animal cruelty. I also enjoyed the scene on the rooftop where Benson kicked that guy's ass (even if he did turn out to be a cop :p).

All in all, I thought it was a decent episode.
