@dttnwo Federal Reserve Notes (FRN) are private money place in TRUST which is evidenced by the words on each FRN, "In GOD we TRUST" (GOD = Government Ordinance Department). As a private note, all users are liable for the taxes that the FRB charges for the use of its note. The question is, if you redeem FRN in lawful money pursuant to 12 U.S.C section 411, then are you still liable for the taxes?
