I know the officers in this video because they were mine. They have to be some of the best leaders I have ever encountered, and I credit all of my success in CAP to them. For most of the time, they are very professional, to the dot. They were just goofing off here for a few minutes at encampment. Lay off. You mustn't know the actual traits of a leader. your guys SQ. is way better then mine all we have are snotty nerds but the officers are ok but all the lower cadets are annoying and cant do crap they also act like they know every thing are only female in the group at our bivwac (or however u spell it) didnt do anything she didnt even sleep there she went home slept in till 10:30 and came back while we were stuck doing pt and drills from 5:30 am but other than that i love cap kansas SQ
