Yes you definitely can. I mix them both together. This is best training methods. You are doing anaerobic exercise that's explosive and combined with weight lifting would burn a lot of fat and develop lean muscle. Hope that helps!
Can you do HIIT and weght lift at the same time? so you can lose fat and increase muscle? i want to do that but im not sure if both can be done simultaneously, any help is appreciated,thanks!!

30 sec just moving my feet gently
i do this for 13 reps
for 13 minutes the whole workout + 2 minute worm up + 2 minute cool down =
@2009wowow Good stuff yes you are doing it right. Make sure you have timer and go hard for 30 sec on and off and dont cheat your self. Learn the jump rope very slow by itself and then incorporate that. It will work over 50 more muscles in your body. Good luck!
