He is right...companies do not hire people to provide them with jobs. They do not provide internet for people to surf while at work,,,,and all the other stuff he said. Companies are only interested in profit. Read again...ONLY INTERESTED IN PROFIT. They do not care if an emplyee gets sick. They do not care if an employee has to take an hour off to tend to a family crisis. They do not care if an employee cannot survive on the salary offered. Only profit for executives and shareholders.
Y'know, if you took out the unnecessary Liberal bashing, his advice is quite good. Just showing up to work on time and being cooperative goes a really long way.
I guess the irony of this is that if you're too stupid to realize that he's just spouting stuff into a microphone while high on drugs about why you should work harder then you should probably work harder - although it's probably not going to be enough to change your situation.
If he was simply spouting nonsense then he wouldn't have been the #1 talk show radio host for more than a decade, nor would he have received the Marconi award from the National Association of Broadcasters in '92, '95, 2000, and '05.
Inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame in 1993 and currently the highest paid radio talk show host in the business, I'd say Rush is a damn sight smarter and more successful than you are, earflakes.
This is brilliant thanks for posting it! It's really basic elementary economics and isn't it incredible that it's a necessary lesson for grown adults? But it absolutely IS. Watching this made me think of a youtube clip called: Is it too late to vote for the white guy? The same "they owe me" entitlement mentality that one is deserving of perks whether it's worked for or not. It's immoral, chipping away at our country's backbone which is the American small business, & big gubment is to blame.
