  • I'm really having trouble getting my amp to sit above this track. Anyone got any guidelines on the EQ?

  • @Nameless742 try dialing back bass and treble a bit and strengthening the mids. and probably dial back the distortion a little bit too. you want a nice fat, dirty tone but not over-saturated.

  • yea more like A7 - D7 - F#minor. great song for improv if you can keep up and the shuffle beat makes it tricky. great for triplets or sextuplets. avoid 16th note runs

  • correction - A minor (Dorian), D7 (Mixolydian), F# minor (Aeolian)
