Konop did not stomp on the American flag, as claimed. He did an ill-advised sketch where there was a flag he says he didn't know was there, has admitted he screwed up royally, and apologized publicly. WTOL-TV has that story on their Web site. If you don't like him, don't vote for him. But quit making stuff up and fomenting people who make death threats, as is now the case.

The writing is on the wall and you know it.

The last poll I saw, had Konop fetching only 6 - 9% from people who say they plan to vote in the mayoral primary.

But with the debates coming up soon, and Konop's inability to answer "real questions" about "real issues" - his numbers will fall even further.

It's projected that when it's all said and done, Konop will be LUCKY to get 6.5% of the vote in the primary election.
