  • @HeraKollman

Yeah. I need to get rid of cellulite in my hips &

especially in my thigh area. Just want to know ur

opinion on this program at the site:

    StopCelluliteNow.info

cause I availed it yesterday and you were using

it also. My friend was the one who recommended

me this and I can clearly say that it worked for her.

her skin was smooth. Im looking forward to this

in the next few weeks :)

  • Where can I get that shirt?

  • you say that we store fat genetically, but if its genetics than we are going to have the same hormonal make up as our families, right? So than why can't it be hormonal?

  • @halfer777 also, Chek is extremely intelligent on a much larger scale than Biosig, and Charles despite the fact of me being a huge fan and practitioner of the poliquin principles and the things he teaches in PICP 1&2. I would trust what he has to say, I'm sure he's very aware of what's going on.

  • @halfer777 I'm registered for poliquins biosig in Toronto in June, and am familiar with all the sites. Your not seeing the bigger picture, the IDEA of spot reduction is based upon doing side bends all day to reduce fat at the illiac. When you and I know it's to many shitty carbs, it's not about what spot reduction is its about what it's perceived as. Also I love cats, fuck off.

  • Medically proven that Cortisol Diverts fat to the abdominal area, tons of journals, again, estrogen is widely accepted as the reason men get moobys and women get bingo wings. You telling me something such as St Johns Wort that Inhibits cortisol receptor sites will have absolutley no impact on abdominal fat synthesis? I find that very difficult to believe. I respect what you are saying Paul and I agree with it all except saying spot loss isn't possibly.

  • Old info....Chuck Poliquin seems to have the jump on everyone including Paul. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...feel good charles, feel good.

  • You mention in the beginning of your clip about so called experts making claims about spot training. I agree with you, there is no such thing and these people are probably, as you say "snake oil salesmen". But really, is that not what you are? In the end of your clip you pull out your book to sell, smooooth.

  • Who wants his shirt?

  • @HRWellness I do.

  • its funny because what he is saying sounds almost exactly the same as what Charles says, they even reference the same funtional doctors. I lol'd big time as soon as he plugged his book in... what a hypocrit

  • yes this good one too

  • Paul, your shirt tells me to "stop learning" ;-)

  • My name is Adam and when he said that in the end it scared the shit out of me lol

  • Amusing that he refutes the idea of spot reduction by others as snake oil salesmen, yet at the end of this clip he tries pushing his own book ... pot kettle black ???

  • here's a question for everybody that i'm unsure about. a female friend of mine has started comming to the gym with me. when i asked about her calorie intake she told me she takes in 1200 calories a day and she's around 230lbs. i told her it's too low but she dissagrees with me. what would be the optimal calorie intake for her?

  • @MrTlftlf her body needs 1200 cal a day just to run basic functions like breathing blood flow and so on, if she is 230 lbs (a lot for a woman) she would loose weight very quickly, too quickly, cause 1200 cal a day is starving herself, she isnt able to get all nutrition sie needs, i would say around 2200 but with protein, unsaturated fat, complex carbs, no sugar! more movement, and she'll loose that fat in a jiffy, cutting calories drasticly makes your body burn muscle not fat !!

  • @mikson thanks. i told her it's way too low and she'll slow down her motabolism but she wouldn't listen to me. i'll show her your post and hopfully she'll start listening

  • @MrTlftlf people think this way, i stop eating and ill loose weight, which is true at first, but as you said, metabolism will slow down, first body reaction to cut in calorie intake is preserving fat and burning muscle, fat is prescious to the body, so after some time, she'll eat as before and body will regain the same weight but with less muscle and more fat... 5-6 small meals a day, high protein, no sugar, long cardio sessions(over 30min) with moderate pace... good luck with your friend mate!

  • Wonderful- I've attended many of his lectures and have bought the book for clients-a great gift and great to read.

  • he's a prize eejit and so is the lad hes criticising, poloquin, both of them are good physical trainers but go way outside their area of expertise and started to talk through their holes

  • You are not what you eat...You are what you think...and what you think is far more important than what you're eating...You're body follows the train of your thought...no exceptions! Make friends with food, and stop making taboo lists of food.

  • What I think is reflected in what I eat. If I consider myself a healthy person and care about my health enough to not want to ingest pesticides and other harmful chemicals then not only am I what I eat I am also what I think. It would also be a good thing to remember that the brain is a part of my body. By damaging it I take away or alter my ability to think properly.

  • i am going to disagree with u, You eat shit food u will feel like shit. You eat organic food ur body can use that food. just becuz u tell ur self food is good does not mean it is good!! u need all organic food and ur body can use it!!

  • @buffedtrainer

enjoy all those burgers n fries big guy, boom that just happened muscles..buffed trainer..wow!!!

  • great video-Calories in vs calories out. Watch how much b4 bed (when sitting around doing nothing & then going 2 bed - not expending many calories). Think Protein & Non-Starchy Vegetables (no potatoes) & healthy Fats. (peanut butter is good - watch it before bed - i cut it out - was easily consuming too many calories. I just eat 4 eggs w/ only 2 yolk before bed. about 200 calories.) Breakfast about 600 calories. 6 hours later - Lunch about 600 calories. then rite b4 bed.

    truthknowledge. com

  • very true, when you are fat and you lose wieght you lose it from the face and neck 1st then shoulders and chest /legs and then goes the belly and butt, from a male perspective... it may be different for women!?

  • Paul, you really should stop being niave. I have just come back from Charles's Biosig and it is revolutionary. He and other coaches have proven countless times that spot reduction is possible. You do not have to recommend his experteese, but do not contradict him because I am afraid you are very wrong on this one. Also you call him a snake oil salesman and then sneak in some exposure of your book, loved that.

  • Well, if you are right, they should be billionaires no time soon. With obesity on the rise and more women on this planet than men it should happen. Can you please video one of your clients or yourself with this information working. I have seen alot of info about spot reduction but have not seen any of the info really work.

    Thank you for your help

  • @chrisking75

the difference being..paul cheks book is a life

    saver...full stop..the end..good night (10.30pm)

  • Hold your horses, when did I say above that his book or material is not worth anything. Get your tongue out of his bum and start opening your mind to what information is out there. Paul's book is indeed a good read with some valid points in it and for most people that has been incredibly useful in turning their health around, you only have to read the testimonials. My point is simply this, Charles Poliquin's Biosignature Modulation is revolutionary in the grounds of body composition.

  • thats quite an interesting reaction....i was quite open to your reply until your immature response about bums n tongues..then i knew it was over for you..i'd imagine u are quite highly strung and have a busy head..just relax and go and do some breathing..good luck

  • I was reading the ingredients to Jarrow and it lists soy as an ingredient but there is major issues with soy such as "excess intake of soy can have adverse hormonal effects involving the reproductive organs and the thyroid. Soy decreases testosterone so men may experience low libido and decreased sperm count."

  • Hey Paul,

Is Artesian Spring Water generally better than Ionizing, Magnetizing, and oxygenating your water, like Nikken PiMag Water Optimizer does?

Thanks for consistently providing the best health info in the world....

  • Charles Poliquin's Biosignature is working and he is not a snake oil salesman. He uses genetic markers and hormone sites in relation to fat distribution. Paul can you please adress your opinion of bio signature because Christian Thibadeau now endoreses it as well.

  • @halfer777 that's not what Charle's program is about, it's about controlling hormones and monitoring them. You being a smart ass and claiming that it's spot reduction is completely irrelevant. Even if this is 2 years later, hahaha.

  • @gregory49 What are you talking about there is a link between hormones and fat deposits (i.e. pectoral fat and estrogen) If you fix the hormone imbalance than vola a spot reduction in chest or less accumulation of pectoral fat. Your argument about controlling hormones justifies mine about the link of deposits and hormones. Grow up.

  • @gregory49 PS spend less time watching cats jump online and more with proper nutrition and exercising.

  • Hi Paul, thanks for the video(s). What do you think of Charles Poliquin's BioSignature?

  • i have heard that the fat, when it is used as a fuel , it travels through blood. so the blood will take the fat from all over the body at the same proportions. i have heard also that it is also like layers. the first fat that comes in, the last will leave . great video. thanx.

  • As solid as good information gets.

  • im raw vegan.. but sorry paul i cant afford organic

  • Just added 'How to Eat Move and Be Healthy' to my Christmas list! My mother likes to give me books for Xmas and B'day. This time I might get one I'll read!

  • don't people gain fat differntly depending on their diets? If one is eating crap food wouldn't it be deposited differntly than if one were eating good food? ex beer belly

  • no thats not true at all,any excess calories no matter what the source can be laid down as fat and the location is irrespective of dietary composition,

  • Its a fact that accumulation of visceral fat disproportionate to extremity fat is a solid indicator of Cardio vascular / metabolic syndrome. Also its a fact that carbs are much easier to turn into blood sugar and store as adipose than an equivalent amount of butter. Body fat is stored excess blood sugar. Any of you diabetics out there please eat a steak only and tell me what happens to your blood sugars levels.

  • @billysue2

you simply don't understand what are you talking about

learn at least a basics of biochemistry and then argue with masters

  • never stop learning!!!!
