Skates with a short frame (250 mm), strong cuff (the plastic thing that holds the top of the skate). Good ankle support. Some skates that are good. Rollerblade Twister III (and II), Seba skates, however not the FR (it's freeride). Just google seba skates, you'll find it.

Seba Low or Seba High

Actually you want to go with the Seba High. The Seba Low is alright but it's not as great, like the parts are pretty low quality compared to the Seba High. Seba Fr1 is also a good choice for Slalom and it's a little more versatile than the Seba High (as the Seba High is specifically made for Slalom, compared to the Fr1, which has a bit of an aggressive feel to it.) Another choice, in case the Seba is too pricey or you pretty much live in the U.S, is Rollerblade's Twister II.
