No, you can't move there, you are not a citizen. And you can't get a worker's permit unless you are a Doctor or Engineer.

Very unlikely, the only time they hand out Work Permits to live there is when NOBODY else in the city can do it, which is most often Engineers and or Specialty Doctors. I wish you luck because many people want to move there, but it's just not possible.

It's not cheap, but get out and about and get to know people and you'll get around. Amsterdam has a centuries old love of aspiring underdogs. :)

I have no clue how much they pay electricians in Amsterdam mate.. But I'm sure you could make a decent living. Don't expect the biggest houses, because you pay a lot per square meter in Amsterdam.

Amsterdam! I went once & it affected me so much. Bells ringing- from bicycles and church towers and clocks, even the hotel room had door bells, flowers in even the most remote little back street, canals & Delft and Coffeeshops! Great video.

i moved there for 4 months in 2007 what you need to do is go to a rental agency there and rent a furnished apt i did it was about 1300 euros it was verry nice it had a leather coutch and it was modern. it was the best time i ever had ! im going back there in july for 12 days cant wait to go. anthony
