Trying to get other half to eat some meals without meat so hopefully your veg recipes will help - I am a passionate Compassion in World Farming fan too so agree with you on the animal welfare front - the farming industry is a huge business & rife with animal abuse, particularly in other parts of Europe folks if you care to find out where your cheap meat comes from?? Ever considered the world would be a better place without money? You wouldn't have to be a slave to your boss if it didn't exist. We’re conditioned to believe that everything would come to a halt if we got rid of it. But it wouldn’t, we evolved without it, we couldn’t have survived if money was essential. We evolved in communities and we are a societal being. Research and free yourself. Google; Zeitgeist Moving Forward 2011 and The Venus Project. Time to wake up.

@nansir Not really relevant to Hugh's video/work but interesting thought....how does this work? We've become a pretty useless race as we do very little towards our own survival, we've lost the skills our ancestors had. So do we go back to bartering or have a shot at self-sufficiency? Most people can't even cook let alone grow/farm food. I'll take a look at the link tho - hope its not some weird cult think suggesting we give all our money away to make one dictator rich and we go to heaven haha...

I agree with what Hugh is saying, as he has been saying it for quite some time. I don't think there's a happier omnivore than he though and he will definitely be looking forward to a nice fry up or perhaps even a burger soon :p

funny really , am doing the same sort of thing thing - I've gone vegan - thinking about it veggies always were my favourite bit of the meal ..so now I just eat veggies ,makes meals wdely different - no dairy either - and oddly enough
