Brie is very good when it is bought in a special "cheese shop" : it is not industrial chheese !

In supermarket, you only have "sterilized" cheese or industrial ones ... But, though, if you buy a cheese in supermarket, and if you want it more tasty, you have to bring it outside the fridge about 1 hour before eating it . the smell , taste and texture will be more OK .
