Funny how you all seem to hate the movie. Joan Jett helped produce the film and Cherie Currie was very proud of it. Gtfo, proud prats. The same thing that happened with Joan Jett, which was because of Cherie's past of being in the group The Runaways and the reputation they had, courtesy of Kim Fowley of course. as the runaways, they all got a terrible rep
its why joan had to start her own record company...no one would sign her
in an attempt to stay in the industry, cherie tried to clean up her act....it didnt work cuz by then, she was too deep into the drugs
lita couldnt mount a comeback until the music caught up with her, and her bad girl image was a great sales point during the hair band days

@brabon1 Lita Ford really is a pillar in the Metal community. I don't think it can be said she isn't one of the most important women in rock. Joan Jett's good, Not saying she isn't but as far as rock and metal, Lita is a shoe-in!

Actually a Russ Ballard song-"the Zombies" "Argent". released by Head East too But put on the charts by (and easily the best version) Rainbow -with Graham Bonnet on vocals.

The same thing that happened with Joan Jett, which was because of Cherie's past of being in the group The Runaways and the reputation they had, courtesy of Kim Fowley of course. A lot of the big record companies that could have helped this single get more air time just didn't want to take their chances. Joan Jett had a hard time too trying to get a record deal after going solo.
