@charliehamill1 I grabbed this from Sophia Crawford's website when she first put it up. I'm not sure if she's changed it or not since then. It's one of her demo reels for stunts.

@SMGFAN15 Melissa Barker and Michelle Waitman..they had two stunt woman to fill Sophia Crawford's shoes and it NEVER CAME EVEN CLOSE!!! I remember watching the first episode of season 5 Buffy Vs. Dracula and I KNEW from the first fight that something was different.
Well, she doubled on a lot of movies and tv shows. She did a movie called US SEALS 2... you can look up one of her fight scenes on youtube, under US SEALS 2 Fight scene.. She also did WMAC Masters, you can look that up under WMAC Ladies Night, she tons of Honk Kong work, she doubled for the fight scene in Fair Game. Which was her first American movie I believe. Um...She's also in the GI JOE Rise of the Cobra as Sienna Millers Double..and she's is in a movie called Tea and Rememberance.
Sophia is the best all around stunt women ever, bar none. It make me laugh to hear all this stuff about Sarah doing alot of her own stunts. I was on the set a few times. Sarah did nothing but wine and complain about everything. Sophia made her look so good its un real. I'm sure she would agree, Sure there are other stuntwomen that could maybe do a better fall or drive a car better, but for more bang for your buck, Sophia is the total package..!

Man... the most painful stunt is when that demon drops her on that gravestone, right on her back. That must of KILLED! Don't know how she does it. I know that the gravestone wasn't real, but still, anything would hurt if you fall on it like that!

Maaaan, this woman can take a licking and keep on ticking! How does she get back up after taking that kind damage in movies? It's like she's immortal or something...nothing hurts her! And she look fine too!

I agree that the quality of stunts in season 5 diminished noticeably from the previous seasons, but they did pick up slightly in seasons 6-7. Nowhere near the quality Sophia would have delivered but at least they cut out most of that cartwheeling nonsense.
Couldn't agree more, Sophia's fighting technique made the fights of Seasons 2-4 of Buffy really stand out. The woman moved fast as hell in a fight and had great intensity. Michelle Waitmam (the new stunt double) was a disappointing replacement and a poor fighter compared to Sophia.

Zoe really hasn't had many opportunities to properly fight. She has mainly just done sword work (Kill Bill, Xena, etc).

well, in Season 1-4 Sophia did almost everything..around season 5-7 I think the new stunt choreographer started incorporating more sarah.
