@HoboGus self serving ? Then why is he always talking about everyones rights, and yes even your right to post here on youtube. You need to grow a little, and think for yourself, not let the TV think for you. Self serving ---- get real.
@HoboGus Hey dipshit, I'm sure your at home waiting for your next stimulus check, but you need to do some research. Nothing about this man is self serving. You must be Bill O'reilly. Hey BILL! FUCK OFF!
Now, CUT DEFENSE BUDGET !!! to 40 to 55%! Use it for the reduction of the National deficit then some into the Health infrastructure which is also includes the College loans and grants!( H.R. 4872 - final 5th version - Health Care & Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 - introduced earlier John Spratt Jr. D-SC ).
Health Law ... No different from Social Security(actually an expansion of social security),and mandatory car insurance(so,I am sort of suspicious of the reason for certain states demanding a law suit). It actually protects and concentrates on a MORAL imperative for the aging section of our population. Overall,MORAL obligations versus Corporate entity! It's LAW! Nancy Pelosi's tweet congressional map should be looked at and compared with the Law(Bill). The Health insurance companies are wrong.
Furthermore, I'm against single payer. The government shouldn't have a monopoly on any part of healthcare. It should at least have to compete with private insurance. Competition is a good thing.
@mcgehee1980 Ron Paul is a demagogue. He is defending the rich. The government is not in your pocket if you don't have nothing in your pocket. He says "you have the right to work hard and keep what you have" If I have $10 million and you have $10, and he wants us to keep what we have who is he defending really? The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. He has to tell the rich stop being so greedy.
Ron Paul, are you promoting the end of capitalism? What system do you want to put in place of capitalism?
Are you promoting an economic system with not government, and "free market"?
Where can you show me such a system?
I think you are promoting more freedom for the capitalists to do what ever they want....to be able to suck us dry until there is no more blood in our veins!
Ron Paul, what is the origin of wealth? Why the rich are getting richer as the poor are getting poorer? Why we have nothing in spite that we've been working hard since the beginning of the country?
@platano1742 I like have you have plenty of jabs to make to -everyone- but have no solutions. A true Liberal, this kid is. Your response to me was 'you're a fool' without a shred of data supporting you. Come back to economics once you find out how the world works.
@Pangora2 I think I know how the world works; I learned that long time ago. I'll tell you: We live under an economic system called Capitalism. The system is made of antagonistic social classes. Those Social classes fight each other to gain economic and political advantages over the others. That fight is what move the countries. This economic system got to a point where difference between the rich and the poor is too large. As a result, millions of people around the world suffer hunger, and...
@Pangora2 and a few group of people in each country got extremely rich. Imagine there are rich land owners in this who own over 500 thousand acres of land while millions of families are homeless. There are executives on Wall Streets making 140 million dollars in bonuses plus their regular $alaries, and stuck incomes while millions of workers survive with minimum wage or just making 30 thousand dollar a year, not to mention millions who have no jobs. Wouldn't you agree that's system is wrong?
@Pangora2 Wouldn't you agree that system is wrong? Ron Paul never tell you this. He says he fights for individual rights and liberties so you keep what you have...what do the poor have to keep? Those who have are the rich so he defends the rich. How come you don't see it, Grasshopper?
If I have $1 million dollars and you have $10 dollars, and Ron Paul says he defends individual rights so we keep what we have, who is he defending, Grasshopper?
@Pangora2 I am not saying I know how to solve the problem of the world. I am saying you should fight for your class, and don't let demagogues like Ron Paul confuse you with fears and patriotism. The rich and their corporations are not patriots. They go abroad to invest their money to pay cheap labor. Then they want us to buy their products. How are we going to buy any thing if they export our jobs to India, and China(which is a socialist country)? The Novel Price of Economics show how
@Pangora2 The Novel Price of Economics show how to solve poverty in the world. He use mathematical formulas. No one is going to follow his formulas because the Rich are too greedy; they don't want to share a little bit of their wealth. Ron Paul wants to give even more to them. Ron Paul hates the government waist in welfare and other social services; he want the Rich to be able to manage the wealth of the country with no regulations.
According to R. Paul, if the poor demand better education for their children, that means they are asking the government to take money the capitalist "honestly" earned to give it to the poor who never worked hard enough! That's what he is saying, you fool!
Ron Paul, you are a Republican disguise as a revolutionary. You only want to give all the power to the capitalist so they do what ever they want. I know Che Guevara, you ain't Che Guevara!
Ron Paul and his son are two big demagogues. They are preaching something that does not exits: free market. He is not telling you the real function of the government. the Gov is part of a system designed to protect the capitalists. No gov means no capitalism. He's not promoting end of capitalism, is he? the government is not good, lets give all the power to the capitalist the capitalist do what ever they want. And the poor? they have the right to keep being poor.
The government is part of a economic system Capitalism. The system is designed to protect the capitalists, and to prevent cannibalism among them. The gov. also enforces laws to guarantee BASIC services to all citizens. If our children don't get basic education they will not be able to join the arm forces to protect the system. Who gave the rights to the Capitalists to own every thing and leave all of us with nothing?
As a "Constitutionalist, and believe of individual rights" he believes you have the right to your life and the right to work hard and keep what you own..." and that if you want the government to give you something the gov would have to take it from some one to give it to you...? What a fraud this Ron Paul is!! He is not telling you the true function of the government.
Three years ago, a 25 year-old neighbor of mine fell down a flight of stairs and broke his neck. He became a quadriplegic and spent nearly the next 6 months in the hospital. Needless to say, he cannot care for himself. Oh, by the way, he has no insurance. What should we do with him? Should we have left him at the bottom of the steps? Should we put him out on the street? These are questions you "everybody for himself" types need to answer. Your solutions are what dominated 20000 years ago.
Ron Paul is the only member of the parliament who has voted multiple times against condemnation of the Islamic dictatorship of Iran (even on human rights issues)!
He is against the Federal reserve and the IRS!! Well, there are only two countries in the entire world that do not have central bank and a taxation system: Haiti & Somalia!! Ron Paul has been so wrong so many times on very important matters. The fact that he is political outcast does not make his crazy ideas Reasonable.
Ron Paul is a typical Republican--at the expense of the common man, woman & child, does everything he can to aid the profitability & interests of the big-business lobbies that contribute to him
@shadowmia22 he is a constitutionalist. He protects the real rights of the common man, woman and child. Big businesses are run by a common men and women who fought for their wealth. There is nothing wrong with that.
No one objects to men & women gaining or having wealth honestly & ethically. However, the wealthy don't deserve special concessions and/or treatment by the govt and/or politicians, particularly at the expense of other, less fortunate citizens. Fair & equitable treatment of all is one of the most important cornerstones of our nation, and Ron Paul is dead-set against it.
Actually I've paid close attention to Ron Paul's votes & to his words, and the only possible conclusion is that Ron Paul is a typical Republican--at the expense of the common man, woman & child, he continues to do everything he can to aid the profitability & interests of the big-business lobbies that contribute to him
i attempted to give several examples but this site is apparently monitored by republicans & it just kept giving me "error" messages so i won't waste any more time here
A tough call? Lol. Paul and Obama are nothing alike, so how could it have been a tough call? You're acting like they're similar when their political philosophies are polar opposites.
When a third party like the government or an insurance company pays all of our health care expenses for us, it drives the cost of health care up, due to artificial demand. It is not insurance companies charging obscene prices, it is the health care suppliers. What is a government run insurance system going to do but raise costs even higher? Health care providers will be able to charge tens of thousands for a simple MRI under a single-payer system. It's simple economics, people.
@rittertiger Ron Paul was the only person running for this election that had ANY idea what to do for the economy. World views, he sees through the eyes of our founding fathers and that's how our country needs to be run.
Voted for obama cause he was the better candidate. I feel in order to get a real honest president, the debates need to be open to everyone who is on the ballot. not just the rep. dem. I can't believe the rep. party thought that mccane was a better candidate then dr. paul.
I don't know how anybody can be opposed to Ron Paul's Views. He is constantly talking about getting your rights back as an individual. Getting the government out of your pocket and holding corporations accountable for their actions (i.e. auditing the Federal Reserve).
@mcgehee1980 Easy, anybody that crys "The Free Market" is a CEO lap dog. No Free Market guy will ever hold corporations accountable, ever. CEOs love Ron and hope you will vote for him.
Ron Paul is a demagogue. He is defending the rich. The government is not in your pocket if you don't have nothing in your pocket. He says "you have the right to work hard and keep what you have" If I have $100 million and you have $10, and he wants us to keep what we have who is he defending really? The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. He has to tell the rich stop being so greedy.
@platano1742 If you worked for that $100 million then yes, you deserved that money. That's what he's saying.
Are you saying that even though someone worked for their $100 that they should give it to another, because their paycheck is higher? That's like communism.
@jadeyes914 I'm saying the rich are making extraordinary too much money while the poor are making extraordinary too little money. As a result, the whole system will collapse since the poor can't buy the products the rich make with their corporations. The rich have to share the well and stop being so greedy.
Some people are making 140 million dollars bonus right now, while millions of families survive with minimum wage.
Does that analysis sound like communism to you? Sorry.
@platano1742 If Ron Paul really wanted that then he would support the Fed, but he doesn't. Perhaps you should check out some more videos on Ron Paul instead of just twisting his words in one sentence, hm?
@mcgehee1980 I guess these people just love having their pocketbooks and privacy raided by the government. You'd think is their were such rights masochists they would have considered moving to some place like Johannesburg where they could be held up for their money even more.
@mcgehee1980 SHUT UP u just sucking ron Pauls dick. He's rich as fuck wait till ur family friend get sick n they cant be helped. Your selfish monkey aren't you? Goverment gets help to look out for smaller people U dnt know anything and just uneducated.
@mcgehee1980 Unfortunately, equal rights means less rights to the folks who currently have the most and they're not going to give it up without a fight everrr. If you look at the Maya and Rapa Nui history, you can take from it that we will have to RISE and go to war for equality and resources and some of us will make it and most of us won't. And the vicious cycle of power and competion will repeat itself. Sad but more realistic than anything. We definately need to stop supporting government!!!

ron paul has no shot of getting the presidency at this point, especially after health care has passed. So will you paultards please stfu now? Jesse Ventura as the president, man that is some funny ass shit. You want some actor who was in the movie predator to be in the oval office. Hahahahahhahaha. paultards.
I love Ron Paul but I'm glad they passed this bill, it cures alot of what ails are health industry in that it wont let ppl get left out in the cold when they need insurance/care most. Also I agree that medicine should not be a for profit business in our country, ppl can make a living and not charge the outlandish prices they do for treatments/surgeries and medications. Just my opinion/2 cents
dvsben: they can charge outlandishly because people have not been paying for their own health care. they allow others to pay for them. imagine purchasing your groceries that way (grocery insurance). the stores will of course increase their costs due to people buying steaks instead of hamburger patties. trust me, from an econ standpoint, the bill does very little to lower costs.
@NoLibertarian Yeh i guess not if your idea of progress is passing a healthcare bill sculpted by insurance and pharmaceutical companies for the benefit of themselves. Obama received more insurance and phamaceutical campaign money then bush did in both elections and now he has paid them back at the expense of the common man. Barack Obama is a corporate whore!
@GenitalGrinder69 Obama sold out the worker his first night in office when he put Emanuel in place. Emanuel pushed NAFTA under Clinton. Ron Paul is another CEO lap dog.
i am not trying to insult you on it its n.. wait i just saw your name.. genitalgrinder... nevemind.. i cant stop laughing.. i just realized you probably dont know waht you are talking about..>LMAO
@ereyes speaking of fox news have you sound like some conservative lapdog punditiod. Neither of you can say anything intelligent so you have to resort to name calling... BTW I only watch pseudo-journalism like faux news and cnnbc when i'm looking to for laughs and trash tv like maury isn't on...
Anyway, I know Obama received that much money because its disclosed by mandate thanks to various campaign finance "reform" legislative acts.
@GenitalGrinder69 i love this about people that THINK they know what they are talking about.. very quick to assume things .. with your name people dont need to assume buddy.. i still cant take anything serious about you..
@ereyes28 ok. Because of my name? That seems to be the same ignorant logic as that of racists. Just because someone's name may sound a certain way or their body looks a certain you really can't know what they are like... Considering you still have had a worse showing of intelligence than the punditiods on mox news and cnnbc... you are the one who seems tough to take seriously.
@GenitalGrinder69 hahahah calling it racist? lame.. i have never met a black person, muslim, asian whatever named genitalgrinder69... dont even go there. i am not saying that what you are saying is wrong... its just how do i take you serious? hell you could be copying and pasting "your opinion" from Foxnews..LOl.. i have met plenty fools like yourself... all you know how to do is repeat others... anyways... your no worth the time.. so whatever, your opinion does not matter
@ereyes28 What is this ludicrous day? Truly ignorant just like the anti-muslim biggots that believe a church on ground zero will somehow "shame" 9/11 victims... I'm sorry because i'm non white my name can't be genital grinder on a youtube account? How could I be copying and pasting from mox news? Have you even ever watched the bullshit that goes down on their crappy channel? Obviously you are the one coppying and pasting from stupid "left" punditioids. I
you know what, i dont even know why we arguing.. oh yeah, your name... look, i actually agree with alot of what you are saying.. i agree with you about the mosque, its not on ground zero btw.. its a few blocks away.. but anyways.. bye, enjoy your day, sorry i was a biotch with my comment.. its just a little hard to take you serious when your name is genitalgrinder.. still cracks me up though..bye
@Edgehead10075 LOL.. no they weren't. They still control the House and Obama is still President. Obama still has the veto so the Dems still rule. FYI, I'm a Republican.
Actually the Republicans will control the House. It's not about Obama vetoing what the Republicans pass. It's about the Republicans preventing anything liberal from being passed in Congress. See?
You're a Republican? Well, maybe we agree on more than I thought, but it seems like you're really pro-Obama for a Republican. BTW, I'm not against the idea of everyone having health coverage, but Obamacare really does nothing about the cost of healthcare. It also costs too much.
for those that dont know RP or his ideals do yourselves and favor and look into him and read his works seriously. dont listen to media bullshit that trash him. You may not have to agree with everything he says but I gaurantee you will learn alot about "hidden policies and hidden politics" and it will make you do some critical thinking about todays policies and how they effect the people.
Ron Paul is really cool in ways Obama couldnt even come close to with his hope 7 change poser act. Wish there were more men and women like him in politics.
As much as his words make sense, we have strayed so far from "traditional American Conservative values" that any sudden change will NEVER work. To get anywhere near RP's picture perfect world, it would take at least 200 years to change 1 by 1 little by little. both policies and the minset and ideals and values of people alike have to recreate themselves to survive in a FAIR and FREE RON PAUL WORLD.
"to have some energy in this democracy" the host said. What democracy? Ain't this a constitutional republic? and whats so democratic about a two party system? when so many times people are only voting for the lesser that the two evils? We need more choices who actually have a chance to win.
Sadly to say as much as I love this guy ( I even wrote a letter to him through FREE INC dont know if he got it or not) but I do not think that his picture perfect world is possible in todays society. We have become so dependent already on government and so much of us at that it will be impossible to go back to old ideals and traditional American values. Not only our policies changed but we as people and our ideals and thoughts have changed along with the policies.
Everyone should help each other. Americans are some of the most giving people. Though, Americans should be able to give to successful organizations. Giving your money to the government doesn't allow for the best help, it allows for too big to fail, bankrupt organizations; and that helps no one.
Get off his nuts. That's what he thinks. He's a free market ideologue. The insurance companies would fuck people far harder if we let them do whatever they wanted which is what he advocates. I like ron paul but he is an ideologue to a fault.
the idea is not me me me. its "what you do matters" if you work hard you should be rewarded. if you slack off in life and want everything handed to you, why should your spendings and usage come from someone elses pocket?
You might not have a right to have the Canadian health care system, which is far cheaper than ours but gives much higher rate of health satisfaction, but we should still be humans willing to not just say "fuck you" to a guy whose 8 year old daughter has brain cancer. Fuck that. Profit should not be involved in medicine. This is where RP and I disagree..oh and evolution and abortion.
The Canadian health care system gives a high rate of satisfaction.... to DOGS AND CATS. But if you're human you have to wait in line for 6 months or go to America to (god forbid) PAY to get treated in a timely manner. Why some people are okay with PAYING for something that actually keeps them alive is something I guess socialists will never understand.
Wrong, check your facts. 86% are satisfied and they spend 55% what we do. If we they spent the same as we did, (that is, if they nearly doubled what they spend on it now) imagine how much higher than 86% it would be, and compare that to what satisfaction rate is in the US. Again, check your facts on wait times (it varies by the problem) and their OVERALL satisfaction. For the most part it's a source of pride to them, and they make fun of us.
@Transfectingood they also only have 30 million people in Canada total, and have to wait months to be seen. Many up there come here for the BETTER and immediate care. Government intervention is and always will be bad. Why should a Dr who has hundreds of thousands of school loans, high insurance for malpractice andpeople suing and trying to sue you constantly do anything for free?
What difference does it make how many people there are? Why would more people mean it should cost more per person? You aren't making much sense. And didn't I already tell you check your facts on the wait times? Didn't I explain that if the wait times were as bad as the rumors say, their satisfaction with there healthcare wouldn't be what THEY SAY it is? Again, talk to some Canadians, for them (and the UK, France, Germany, Sweden, etc) it's just something they joke and make fun of us about.
@Transfectingood less people, less people draining a system, get it? wait times? please... they come here for care lots of times.. They have a welfare system of healthcare.. you seem to have no idea the debt, responsibility Drs and PAs have here...Who makes fun of us? I will take our Drs anyday over theirs
@Transfectingood Cheaper? Are you considering the full cost? Also, RP is not saying you can't help other people. He is just arguing against the moral right for someone else to take your money to help other people.
When did I say he said we aren't allowed to help other people? By "fuck you" I mean society, since it's not likely everyone is going to have friends willing/able to pay the thousands to help them out of a horrible situation. The free market system should not apply to medicine, profit should not be involved with sickness. Yes, the full cost is much less in Canada, and their satisfaction is very high. If the wait times were bad, this would not be true. Now imagine if they spent what we spend!
@Transfectingood hmmmm, so you're pro abortion? you are saying 'fuck life'.... so what is the difference between that and the 8 year old? At least she had a chance... Profit is the only way we get QUALITY care
What difference between a grape sized mesh of congregated cells that haven't even undergone differentiation to form tissues and an 8 year old girl? Gee man I have no idea, you really got me there! You win! I see no difference at all!
@Transfectingood grape sized mesh, that is LIFE! who is anyone to take it from that point? Life starts at conception, and those cells multiply faster than anything. So you are a socialist and baby killer? go to Canada, eh....
You are clearly not educated at all, and your arguments are childish. I'm not worried about you and your silly assumptions and complete ignorance about....pretty much everything we've discussed. I really hope you are lying about your age. Seriously, where did you find your dumbass welfare comment from? You dig pretty far up your ass for that? Have fun never having sex till youre married. You either masturbated like crazy in college, or just plane didn't go to college, which is my guess.
Doctors and other healthcare professionals shold not make money. This is what you are saying. Profit should not be involved in your industry. You should not make money. Hows that sound? After survival, personal interest is the prime motivator of all human beings. Profit is created by VOLUNTARY transactions which benefit BOTH parties. It's called a free market.
Non voluntary transactons only occur when forced by government.
@NoLibertarian big government is not the answer, we dont need to change one tyrant for the other. he doesn't say the bill doesn't go far enough anyway, he says what eveyone else knows, its a scam. why does everyone need to go to the doctor and be prescribed medicine? to make money for pharma's, thats why. ive been to the doctor twice in my life, and im healthier then most. ITS A SCAM
It is not an excellent start, it's simply a changing of who will fuck americans, instead of private organizations making money screwing people over, the Government will be doing it. And there is no trump guard that can be used against the government. Admit the situation for what it is, a hostile takeover. PERIOD. Idiot fucking liberals.
@NoLibertarian the health care bill will fuck over you, your family, and everyone else. if u had a choice for someone "caring" for your health, would you choose a doctor? or would you choose a dictator socialist scumbag?
i dont need to say any more. we are all screwed if we dont do something about this bill that just has passed.

If I have $1 million dollars and you have $10 dollars, and Ron Paul says he defends individual rights so we keep what we have, who is he defending, Grasshopper?
platano1742 1 year ago
@Pangora2 I am not saying I know how to solve the problem of the world. I am saying you should fight for your class, and don't let demagogues like Ron Paul confuse you with fears and patriotism. The rich and their corporations are not patriots. They go abroad to invest their money to pay cheap labor. Then they want us to buy their products. How are we going to buy any thing if they export our jobs to India, and China(which is a socialist country)? The Novel Price of Economics show how
platano1742 1 year ago
@Pangora2 The Novel Price of Economics show how to solve poverty in the world. He use mathematical formulas. No one is going to follow his formulas because the Rich are too greedy; they don't want to share a little bit of their wealth. Ron Paul wants to give even more to them. Ron Paul hates the government waist in welfare and other social services; he want the Rich to be able to manage the wealth of the country with no regulations.

Ron Paul, who paid for your medical education? Why my child can not get medical school like your child did?
platano1742 1 year ago
According to R. Paul, if the poor demand better education for their children, that means they are asking the government to take money the capitalist "honestly" earned to give it to the poor who never worked hard enough! That's what he is saying, you fool!

Who gave the rights to the Capitalists to own every thing and leave all of us with nothing?
platano1742 1 year ago
As a "Constitutionalist, and believe of individual rights" he believes you have the right to your life and the right to work hard and keep what you own..." and that if you want the government to give you something the gov would have to take it from some one to give it to you...? What a fraud this Ron Paul is!! He is not telling you the true function of the government.

He has to tell the rich stop being so greedy.
platano1742 1 year ago
@platano1742 If you worked for that $100 million then yes, you deserved that money. That's what he's saying.
Are you saying that even though someone worked for their $100 that they should give it to another, because their paycheck is higher? That's like communism.
jadeyes914 1 year ago
@jadeyes914 I'm saying the rich are making extraordinary too much money while the poor are making extraordinary too little money. As a result, the whole system will collapse since the poor can't buy the products the rich make with their corporations. The rich have to share the well and stop being so greedy.
Some people are making 140 million dollars bonus right now, while millions of families survive with minimum wage.
Does that analysis sound like communism to you? Sorry.

Just my opinion/2 cents
DvsBen88 1 year ago
dvsben: they can charge outlandishly because people have not been paying for their own health care. they allow others to pay for them. imagine purchasing your groceries that way (grocery insurance). the stores will of course increase their costs due to people buying steaks instead of hamburger patties. trust me, from an econ standpoint, the bill does very little to lower costs.

Sadly to say as much as I love this guy ( I even wrote a letter to him through FREE INC dont know if he got it or not) but I do not think that his picture perfect world is possible in todays society.
Transfectingood 1 year ago
The Canadian health care system gives a high rate of satisfaction.... to DOGS AND CATS. But if you're human you have to wait in line for 6 months or go to America to (god forbid) PAY to get treated in a timely manner. Why some people are okay with PAYING for something that actually keeps them alive is something I guess socialists will never understand.
thomasw78 1 year ago
Wrong, check your facts. 86% are satisfied and they spend 55% what we do. If we they spent the same as we did, (that is, if they nearly doubled what they spend on it now) imagine how much higher than 86% it would be, and compare that to what satisfaction rate is in the US. Again, check your facts on wait times (it varies by the problem) and their OVERALL satisfaction. For the most part it's a source of pride to them, and they make fun of us.
Transfectingood 1 year ago
@Transfectingood they also only have 30 million people in Canada total, and have to wait months to be seen. Many up there come here for the BETTER and immediate care. Government intervention is and always will be bad. Why should a Dr who has hundreds of thousands of school loans, high insurance for malpractice andpeople suing and trying to sue you constantly do anything for free?
marshall2411 1 year ago
What difference does it make how many people there are? Why would more people mean it should cost more per person? You aren't making much sense. And didn't I already tell you check your facts on the wait times? Didn't I explain that if the wait times were as bad as the rumors say, their satisfaction with there healthcare wouldn't be what THEY SAY it is? Again, talk to some Canadians, for them (and the UK, France, Germany, Sweden, etc) it's just something they joke and make fun of us about.
Transfectingood 1 year ago
@Transfectingood less people, less people draining a system, get it? wait times? please... they come here for care lots of times.. They have a welfare system of healthcare.. you seem to have no idea the debt, responsibility Drs and PAs have here...Who makes fun of us? I will take our Drs anyday over theirs
marshall2411 1 year ago
@Transfectingood Cheaper? Are you considering the full cost? Also, RP is not saying you can't help other people. He is just arguing against the moral right for someone else to take your money to help other people.
bmlong137 1 year ago
When did I say he said we aren't allowed to help other people? By "fuck you" I mean society, since it's not likely everyone is going to have friends willing/able to pay the thousands to help them out of a horrible situation. The free market system should not apply to medicine, profit should not be involved with sickness. Yes, the full cost is much less in Canada, and their satisfaction is very high. If the wait times were bad, this would not be true. Now imagine if they spent what we spend!
