O Nkosi yami this is beautiful...I use to visit these churches just to listen to music back home....I truly miss it I think we are lost out here..GoD IS GREAT MaZimbabwe amahle.
glory be to God . Muimbirei , munamatei nekumutambira. Well done Gokwe , kwedu kumusha kubuku rekwadengu , good to listen to this when i am here in Afghanistan , non christian country .
I wish you had invited me when you went home. Be blessed more and more for providing this sort of music. I feel the spirit of God moving when I listen. When I was growing up, we used to attend Mugodhi services in Gokwe or we would invite them to ours but I never thought that one day I would listen to them in UK. There is another good song, that one is really electric, when they sing about having no where to go, something like Ndoita mutama kwose kuda nepanyika. I love it.
You have to be there to feel the music. Ndiri mupstori asi kwete wekwamughodhi. I attended one of their gatherings once in Hatfeild, harare. They sang this song it was electric. I could feel the spirit of the lord moving. You just have to b there to fully appreciate this form of worship. God is awesome and being here in America i miss home greatly. Hossana to the igh and lofty One who inhabits eternity.
You cannot commercially produce this kind of music because it free from GOD, so people should try by all means to attend the churches to experience it.
i like the way the voices blend when the Vapostori sing. They are the only ple who can truely sing in Zim. The are a proudly Zimbabwean product. Maybe some one shld start a group to record serious music done by the Vapostori and showcase it to the world just like what the Soweto Gospel Choir did here in SA.
god is there
