actually, some high school started it at their football games, and then when the Saints went back to the Dome in 06' after Katrina, some fans began chanting it, and it just caught on after a while... and lo and behold, New Orleans got a catchphrase worthy of NFL attention...

Also, before pointing out that other people sound like "uneducated bunch or people" you might want to learn to spell, "Come" Which is in fact C-o-m-e and c-a-m-e. Thirdly, "Who dat" Is two words, not one.
