The fact that it predicts the future is proof of this. There is no other text in the world like it. The Old Testament makes prophecies regarding the helper. It is the holy spirit.

actually the verse says...And i will pray the farther, and he shall give you ANOTHER comforter, that he may abide with you forever. emphasis here is on the word "ANOTHER" an other, a different one, an additional one, but OF THE SAME KIND,meaning subject to the same conditions of hunger, thirst, fatigue, sorrow and death as jesus was yet distinctly different from him-Another! One thing I do Not understand about our egocentric Christians, is that they always have to choose wordings innovated by Luke,Mathew,john and mark other than the wordings spoke by Jesus himself. At one place Jesus says that the father is greater than I..so their not equal.And here he claims to be equal? How? Christ is referring to the Holy Spirit dwelling in believers after they repent of their sins and acknowledge Him as Lord and Savior after His Cruxifiction and Resurrection plus His Ascension into Heaven.
muhammed never met Christ's disciplies; 600 yrs later muhammed was born. The Holy Spirit dwelled in the Temple in Jerusalem before Christ killed; remember when Christ died on the cross; the Temple's curtain was torn from top to bottom(The Holy Spirit left) and now indwells believers.

Hey now...be nice. There is no "us" and "them". We all have the same info just from different places. And our Bible is known, historically, to have undergone some revisions and possible changes after the Council of Nicea. There are many books that aren't in the widely known King James Bible that are in the Catholic Bible. And there are many books that didn't even make it to our precious scriptures. However, theirs, was supposedly written by one man, one time. Ya gotta give them some crdt.

regarding ur first sentence, its ur belief which has no basis on it. But in contrary Jesus(pbuh) himself says that "I can do nothing on My own initiative. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me" (john 5:30)
this is a clear proof that he himself claimed as a prophet who sent from God and as a Muslims as well. Muslims mean person who submit his will to Almighty God.
Furthermore v know Jesus(pbuh) wroshiped to God.

No it is not possible. Have you read John 8? Why are they trying to kill him in verse 59? What claim has he just made? The christian God is "one WHAT and three WHO's". Father loves the son and vice versa. Father talks to son. Son sends Holy Spirit. Jesus is human & Jesus is God. Humbles himself and walks like a man on earth but does not give up the attributes of God... Bottom line Allah is not Trinity. Two different Gods and at least one of them is fictional.

many many christians interpret that as Jesus (PBUH) being God
