  • Cheers prolly aint never listened to tbe first PAC song or lyric and is most likely too young to base her opinion on actually seeing this man in action versus looking.him up on YouTube or wikipedia but her or his brain has been washed no need to argue with fools because they've already been fooled.

  • It saddens me that people in my community look up to this thug and want to be just like this dead fool instead of going to school and getting an education. I wish I could divorce my race.

  • @cheersdrinktothat if you don't like him why would you deliberately look him up then click on the video?

  • @cheersdrinktothat preach violence and disrespect women? you should try to actually listen to his words before commenting on him. you're disgrace to your race.....

  • @kakaroto311 I'm an African American woman, who has no kids, doesn't go around acting like a whore and attends college. Please tell me how I am a disgrace to my race? Maybe it's my race who has the problem, because I was taught that getting an education is a good thing not a bad thing. In the future I will be supporting myself. I will not be on welfare and I will not have four children, who all have different daddies.

  • @cheersdrinktothat First, what makes you think that 2pac is against everything about yourself that you mentioned. You have a preconceived notion of what you think he's about by lumping him in with typical criminals/thugs on the street. Second, instead of wishing you could "divorce your race", you should be proud that you are the exception to what society thinks is the norm for black people. That should go for ANY race that is being looked down on in this society.

  • @cheersdrinktothat And third, 2pac didn't want to be a role model. He said himself that we(black people) don't need anymore entertainers. We need more scientists and teachers etc. He rapped about hustling and welfare because that's what he saw in the black community and he wanted to help make a change. His thinking was, if he brought attention to these issues, maybe we can find a solution or at least get help. I think the problem is with you, not 2pac.

  • @cheersdrinktothat No1 cares at all, Pacs gone, hes got nothing to do with you, why attack someone who died 15 years ago? Rappers were targeted, thats a fact, they had money extorted from them, they had their image attacked, and they still do, its because they have power, and 2pac insisted on keeping it real, so he was targeted, the hardcore rapper withe the sensitive side, make him a rapist, shoot him in the balls, say he got raped in jail, that destroys him entirely, but he came back...

  • If you don't understand 2pac then that's just what it is MISUNDERSTANDING!! I feel sad for those who are blind to what's real, cause when some real SHIT happen in your little world, you WON'T know how to deal with it. 2pac was messenger and simply that. Musicians are all messengers but 2pac's was actually relevant to what's real. If you don't get that it's obvious you didn't fight the same struggles. You had a single parent, did you move as many times to different ghettos like PAC did? I bet yo

  • The one and true Don Makaveli. One of the greatest black men of all time. No way could they let this man live.. No way.

  • R.I.p to a true soldier

  • i want to slap the smirk off this guys face so bad.

  • To these dumb ass mfs, saying Tupac raped that bitch, shut the fuck up! Why would he take that bitch pussy, when he could get it for free! Second, why would he want to jeopardize his career! Third, why would he want to put himself in court again, especially being a young black male! If your a male celebrity you don't have to take it, girls give it! Last, but not least, he isn't that type of person! That girl was scandalous! Kobe got accused of this too, but the girl was white!

  • @Cocoacraze94 When Kobe got accused, his first daughter was born that same year, before the allegations! So why would he want to rape a girl when he just had one, months ago!!! Bitches do shit like that, that's why there is a difference between the word bitch and woman. Women don't do that, but bitches (female dogs) do!!! I respect Tupac even more, for not wanting to down talk the bitch and prove his innocence like a real man. so don't talk down about my brother, Tupac!

  • To those idiots calling Pac a rapist, please listen to "Brenda's Got A Baby" and then come back and spew your crap. Ignorant fools. As for those who think they're better than Pac just because he didn't go to college; his ability to articulate his philosophies and social awareness through platinum selling records proves he's smarter than you. Punk ass bitches.

  • @cheersdrinktothat IGNORANCE, if you don't have the time to get the facts straight you have no right to criticize anyone. Just because you went to college does not make you a good person.

  • i u cant understand that, i have nothing else to say to u,

  • Comment removed

  • Hey Tupac, I grew up without my father also but instead of running the streets I went to fucking school, and got a real job. Not the best job but a legal job. Then I went to college, which I am currently in. Only 1 year away for graduation. Hmm I am still alive and well and you are dead. You are not no fucking hero and no one should be looking at this thug as something they should want to be. Ughh, the black community is so fucked up.

  • @cheersdrinktothat

if u think 2pac is no a role model u got life fuked up kid and yea im 17 u probrably 20 somethin since u finna graduate but u still a kid in my eyes what u just said was dumb as hell... "Lace me with words of distruction and i'll explode

but supply me with tha will to survive and watch the world grow

this aint bout talkin bout problems i brang solutions" guess who said that.....

  • @nikobellicisgangsta 2pac the dead rapper who got shot because of the thug life he was living. This is your role model? A dead thug. SERIOUSLY? I guess white people are right about everything they say about the African American community. They rather sell drugs then take their ass to school and get an education. Martin Luther King Jr, Barack Obama, Oprah are my role models. Not rappers who preach violence and disrespect women.

  • @cheersdrinktothat I DONT SEE WHY you look up this video if you criting Tupac, he was a human being, being attacked by people like you labeling him he isnt the thug in the sense of a gangster he is the thug in the sense of a survivor. He visited hosptals when nobody cared, he's educator and manager was white, he despised drugs he rapd against drugs unless you wanna call weed a drug, he was the strugeling mans Malcolm X but you and Illuminati are too blind to see that.

  • @Aladdin6179 He also raped a woman.

  • @cheersdrinktothat It's sad to think that there are actually people who believe that. Like he said, you should look him in the eyes, listen to "Keep Your Head Up", "Brenda's Got a Baby", and then pass judgement on whether he's guilty or innocent. If you still can't see the truth in the soul of that man, then the truth just isn't for you

  • @Aladdin6179 illuminati is what white ppl are calling black ppl jayz been saying illuminati for a long time noone said nothing because it was a joke now white ppl pointing at all the rappers who happen to be 'BLACK" were consider evil ! FUCK WHITE PPL & FUCK U TOO IF U BELIEVE THAT SHIT

  • @TRUKNOWLEDGE1 fcuk you, you never know whos gonna do you in

  • @cheersdrinktothat you shouldnt idolize ppl but i see what ur saying, you yourself can change what u feel needs to be change!..and 2pac dont have to be a role model but he was a man who rap about what he sees and grew up in, the ghetto! he didnt rape nobody the charges were dropped remember some women chase after men for money, 2pac speaks from the heart and he is very opininon-native

  • @TRUKNOWLEDGE1 That's your opinion and I respect it. Mostly because you didn't attack me like the others who comment but honestly i have to disagree. I don't believe 2pac speaks from the heart. I believe he is just another rapper who loves to disrespect women and loves money. Like every other rapper he was pushing the thug life and making it seem like it was the life to live. Please tell me why can't rappers rap about graduating from high school and getting an education.

  • @TRUKNOWLEDGE1 To me that seems better and maybe young African American men will listen to it and follow it. Instead African American men want to be drug dealers, rappers, NBA and Football stars. 2pac is dead, so honestly I don't really care anymore. It just makes me upset and really sad that black men look up to Tupac instead of Martin Luther King Jr or even Barack Obama.

  • It's really sad that Black Americans look up to a thug, criminal and rapist. Sorry I know what Tupac was and he will never get my respect.

  • 2pac is so profound in his words, the things he says, i can see it and feel it, i get that sensation u get from knowledge, but at the same time, i feel sadness, so real

  • artists make me a friend on facebook javon hunt post ur vids on my wall ill help u says javon hunt on youtube

  • @Dwnsoufboi870 Notice 2Pac smiles when he talks, because he visualizes what he says.

The man was a prophet and a genius. He had to be a little crazy/gifted, in order to see what the average person can't see.

  • he's 23 yr old & speaking that deep....i kno i wasnt nowhere near any level of compitence at 23...may god keep our brother's soul for eternity...,,he's one of this worlds last messenger's

  • @Cheersdrinktothat Yea.... Tupac is a messenger from God.

  • @MrAbbeyisa A rapist is a messenger from God? NO, Tupac is nothing but an ignorant thug.

  • @cheersdrinktothat you make me sad :(

  • @cheersdrinktothat iF U EVER SAY THAT INFRONT OF ME I WILL BREAK YOUR FUCKING FACE. GO SUCK UR MUM U PUSSY HOLE

  • @IYC0370 I'm a female and why would i like a man that was charged with rape. I'm happy he is dead. He talks about how much he loves black women and then goes and rapes a black woman. He is a thug, criminal and is not something that people should be looking up to.

  • @cheersdrinktothat My mother is a female, my younger sister is a female. Did you know Tupac, where you there when he supposedly raped that girl. I hope you die or get ovary cancer because you most definetly deserve it for thinking those thoughts about man you never knew. I hope you enjoy getting raped one day.

  • @PlanetNinetyTwo Ahh, very classy. The Black Community is proud of rape. You hope I get raped because I do not love Tupac.

  • @PlanetNinetyTwo TUPAC WAS CHARGED WITH RAPE. HE COMMITTED A RAPE AND YOU STILL ADORE HIM. ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS. I feel sorry for your mother and your sister. I would never want someone in my family to be proud of the fact that I got raped. Oh, your poor mother. She must be in hell. A son that would be proud if she got raped. You make me sick.

  • @cheersdrinktothat You're ignorance is disgusting and is screaming for education before passing judgment. Please do yourself a favor and get to know a character rather then feed into the illustration of the book cover.

  • @cheersdrinktothat Pac was real, you cant write something like Brenda got a baby or Keep Ya Head Up at a point in time when people would laugh at him for writing that kind of stuff, and b considered phoney, thats from the heart. Black men were accused of raping white women all the time back before civil right, so in todays world, Pac, who represents the black youth, gets accsed of raping a black woman, thats designed to destroy him credability, COINTELPROS

  • @killakadafi77 sry for spelling mistakes

  • @killakadafi77 Pac was a rapist.

  • @cheersdrinktothat According to what? That wasn't his conviction. Where are the other girls that got raped by 2pac? His career was destroyed by those allegations, but he came back and became the best. Don't trip, COINTELPROS is still gov policy

  • @killakadafi77 He came back. HA, he came back and he got shot. SO.....He is dead and I bet the girl that he raped is happy. I know this thug killed someone, or stole something for someone also. I bet those people are happy. They finally got justice.

  • TuPac is Black Jesus

  • @MrAbbeyisa Really? No I don't think so.

  • this man was brilliant

  • this guy ed gordon is so not on his level just another black man lost in this white mans world!!!

  • "Where do you see Tupac 10 years from now"..."Hey, I just wanna be alive." That statement actually brought tears to my eyes. "God has cursed me to see what life should be like" that's such a profound statement. They say that the good ones are taken early & in this case it's true. He had a purpose to fulfill on this earth, & though it's sad to say, he had fulfilled his purpose. Rest In Peace Mr. Shakur...gone but never forgotten. One love!

  • "God has cursed me to see what life should be like"

    7:30

  • After He was shot he said he feared for his life.... he said he couldnt sleep.... He wanted to make as many songs as he could because he wanted to be remembered after he was gone..... He wanted to make an impact on everyone.... if he is looking down now Im sure he is smiling because his songs still living on. Rip in peace 2-Pac

  • i wish i could have met him!!

  • Tupac Shakur > Pres. Obama

  • ALL HAIL TO DA REALIST, MOST HONEST, COMPASSIONATE MAN EVER NOT ONLY TO LIVE RAP BUT TO LIVE IN THE EYES OF THE MEDIA!!!! Never in Life of the media will we see a MAN like The Honorable Tupac Amaru Makaveli Shakur..The man is one of a kind and was cut from a very different cloth of the cloth, ya dig...They don't and will never make REAL NI99AS like him again...

    Tupac > Pres. Obama,

  • true gemini

  • I wish tupac was still here we miss you he was very intelligent as well had alot of wisdom r.i.p the greatest rapper ever

  • @JBL3KINGS At least this man left alot of work, alot of his true feelings behind..I want to say at this point of his Pac had issues with White people but when Pac got shot he turned his hate towards whites to love..His exact words.. i cannot hate white..What I felt about whites, what I said about white, what my message towards whites were very wrong..They were wrong..How can I hate whites when my own kind tried to shoot my fucking balls off? My own race tried to blow my motherfucking brains out

  • Rest in peace to a real brotha

  • what people need to stop is taking every single word people say literally thing like the bible are miss interpreted because people think the bible is to be taken literally we need to relax use our common sense to know when people are talking literally metaphorically and just chatting shit

  • realest human being.

  • Mothafuck Ed Gordon!!!!!

  • r.i.p my idol

  • dat nigga somethin else

  • He wasn't just the voice of a generation (and ethnical group) but in his life and actions expressed their place in society and the contradiction they live with.

I mean the contradiction of consciously living thuglife but also trying to overcome it. Dealing with your environment but also trying to transcend it. to outlive it. I guess, if you phrase his struggle in such a general way, it relates to us all?

  • i see why my uncle listened to tupac so much. when i was younger i didnt understand it forreal because all i heard was the cussing and violence. i wasnt old enough to reason and think deeply but as i got older my wisdom grew and i was able to understand pac's message, listening to those same songs my uncle used to bump when i was little. RIP Pac.

  • Oh my God I love that statement "What we get along with the killer cause we black too" Like his spirit came from somewhere else. He's only 23 here? Like at 23 I didn't get it like he gets it.

  • Sometimes I think this can't be the end.. he's work was left unfinished and all artists get to finish their piece.

  • where you see 2pac 10 years from now...

    I just wanna be alive.

I guess he was really meaning it

  • Wonderful video I used tupac for my dissertation nd got first houners in youth justice BA. Thanks PAC u r a legend

  • man im in the same boat, i love 2pac but some how it feels like i known him all my life.......weird

  • if you actually just sit back and think about it tupac was young as fuck in this interview....23....DAMN so far ahead of his time!

  • @Phokis1000 I think the wisdom comes from the deaths/struggles he endured as a child in the streets... getting put through this evils makes you QUESTION EVERYTHING on why things don't change and get better, and he found answers and SPOKE OUT

  • i'm in awe,..damn, i can't believe there was a rapper like that in this world...

  • "if I can't live free and have the same respect as the next man then I don't wanna be here coz god has cursed me to se what life should be like" I feel the same way! and so should everyone else but instead they think it's right to be treated like a doormat :(

  • wow im only 18 yrs old and i didnt really get to see 2pac career fold out like others but he is truly the best artist ever and was unbelieveably real and truthful with everything he said. R.I.P.

  • Respond to this video...

  • @niquehoopin

same bro, i only got into tupac in my Junior Year in high school. i'm 20 now. he changed my perspective and really helped me as a person. Just watching many interiews and listening to many songs he is truly an inspiring man. Thugz mansion was the first song i heard from him. it was like smoking weed for the first time. i realized how much the media/government decieved me...

  • 2pac was fighting for a much greater cause, for truth, freedom and change,

2pac says "im not saying that im gonna rule the world but if i keep talking about how dirty it is over here then somebody is gonna come and clean it up",

    rip to the truth fighters.

If GOD wanted me to be this person and be happy, he would'nt let me feel so oppressed, he would'nt let me feel so so trampled on.....he would'nt let me think the things i think......i feel like im doing GODS work.

  • I love this man. I miss this man. The wisdom that he has in this video at age 23 til surpasses the wisdom I have now at age 38, and I'm not ashamed of that, I'm astonished. This is his best interview ever. He is and was GODSENT.

I'm tired of them feeding us the american dream bullshit, only people living the american dream are rich people..

  • Brilliant. His words mean more than his lyrics ever could. Always two steps ahead.

  • I truly believe that it's alright to talk a lot with intellect rather than talk a lot with bunch of non-sense coming out of mouth. 2pac is the epitome of real. Don't trash his words just bcoz he talk a lot! some ppl have to insult him and say "he got a big mouth he should've kept it shut!" He was keeping it real! if you can't stand his words then you're not real enough to absorb the truth of reality and ur just another plastic falling into the pit of the other phonies.
