If you want to correct your face colour, then i suggest that you use a soap like "Kojic acid" or Papaya skin whitening soap, it really helps, it corrects all marks, acne scaring, brusing, ect of course it will work within time and consistent use, remember because it is very powerful it WILL dry your skin, use a skin whitening cream NOT bleach!, Ponds skin whitening, Vaseline skin whitening, Holland and Barret skin whitening! Bleach just makes you darker! then an emolient cream ontop like nivea x

hey Jen i used to have the same problem with my skin, especially when i had just come back from Nigeria. Why don't you use some bleaching cream to correct the discoloration? I found that it really helped for me, because i didn't have to spend so much time/money correcting my face color. Just a suggestion :)

Thanks for this tut. This winter I have the same issue regarding my face being a bit darker than my body. I got a darker foundation and I tried using bronzer on my chest area, but it got on my scarves, and clothing and made a big mess of everything. So I will certainly go back to using a lighter foundation.

as long as the face blends in with the neck it is fine. the shade she is using looks only about a shade lighter than her face not 10 shades. you are right there is nothing wrong with being dark skinned but having your foundation not blending with your neck looks like you are wearing a mask.
