it might be possible to unban. I got my xbox flashed in Colombia on August 2011, i played offline for about a week, went back on tried to connect to xbl and I was banned. But then about a week later i turned it on and it connected to xbl... I dont know if microsoft did this or the ppl that flashed my xbox unbanned me cus they did take my serial number down and did some shit online.
