Ace of spades is default because it will be the most commonly thought of, notice how he only uses one hand to show it. Otherwise he brings the correct card up with the other hand and shows that one instead. The flicking trick takes a lot of practice. Cool tricks though.

My first guess was that he had prerecorded video of each of the 52 cards, and simply played the appropriate video for whichever card was guessed. Obviously that isn't it because he's wearing different clothes in each shot.

More likely he's using video tracking software to track the face of a single card and replace it with the one that was guessed.

Search for virtualmagician here on youtube, he uses the same technology in a more obvious fashion.
