I remember the feeling of opening my mackbook pro, damn its such a sexy machine.... aaahem. Any who, I bought sony vegas for windows (i run win and osx on my mac) hoping to make it easier and i didnt get the HD version :( so i could only do 480p so i use it to edit sound and stick to movie maker, but movie maker isnt so bad. and having a mouse for editing makes such a huge difference.
@r4fken I agree, it is! I have all kinds of protectors on it too to keep it pristine and have converted my personal stuff all onto it so now I have a work computer for work and the Mac for my personal. It stays at home so it stays a lot cleaner (I'm a vet so lots of fur at work. The mouse makes a huge difference and am going to get Final Cut pro for editing. IMovie is nice but can't do all I need it to do.
I screamed when i got mine. this was like heaven to me :D
