. . i dont understand how the makers of this cartoon could have had the intention of making this a childrens movie. Even in other countries where the mvoie/TV rating system is different, children are all basically the same everywhere; and as a kid, this woulda scared the heck outa me O_o

@bloomygirl315 Well it could go with the fact that this is NOT a kid's movie. Please note that not ALL cartoon's are intended to be kid's movies. Look at all the cartoon's on Adult Swim for example, many are cartoons but I know many parents would deem them not child appropriate.

@bloomygirl315 Also take into account that in the 70 and 80s when these such movies were made, what was deemed child appropriate was much different than today, I mean back then spanking was a very common form of punishment, and now it's seen as abuse, and parents were more "loose leashed" when it came to what their kids watched. IMO, I believe that shouldn't have changed, nowadays parents think that their kids should think the world is all sunshine and puppies, when it's not.

Wow. That "doctor" just operated on those cats without any sort of sedation. Not only that, but he was testing on them using fatal chemicals that ate through their skin, tissues, and bone. The way they were writhing and squirming was just horrifying.
