article 1 section 8 "The congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises to pay debts and provude for the common defense and general welfare of the United States: but all duties imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States"

That section of the constitution doesn't allow for the taxation of income. Taxation of income comes from the 16th Amendment which needs to be repealed. We should pay taxes on what we are willing to consume and not on what we make.

Mandatory Taxation is making you "voluntary" slaves to the Government.

we aren't required by law to pay income tax. the IRS struts around like an organization of thugs and intimidates us into paying taxes we don't have to pay. but if you testified that you don't have to pay, the prosecution wouldn't be able to find any law requiring an income tax.

That is a myth. There are laws requiring citizens to pay taxes.

The problem is that the law is unconstitutional, or at least creates a loop hole because of the 5th amendment. Under the income tax laws we can not remain silent about our income to prevent self incrimination of tax evasion. The IRS violates the 5th amendment by forcing us to disclose the information about our finances.
